Teepees vary vastly in size, from 3m teepees which can seat around 5 people and sleep 2, to 9m teepees which can sleep 16-18 and seat a large gathering of 70 people.  You can make your own poles for teepees and ideally these should be made from spruce.  Why not create truly unique teepees by having a colourful covering, instead of white?
