Traditionally the way in which Estate Agents advertised a property was to print the details along, with a picture, and then pin it to a cork display board.
Traditionally the way in which Estate Agents advertised a property was to print the details along, with a picture, and then pin it to a cork display board. Occasionally they may use a screen to project pictures of the house for sale, but the methods of advertising were unattractive.

As the mediums for advertising materials have moved on, so the method of displaying a property for sale has improved. These improvements have allowed for the agents to advertise properties either in areas, in price range, in types of properties or in type of sale e.g. auction.

These change have been created by the use of displays using acrylic, which allows for properties to be advertised in say a revolving cube where four sides can either carry four different properties, or where four or more pictures of the different assets of a property can be displayed. The cube stands on an axis and can be rotated by the prospective buyer.

In shop windows an acrylic display board can be suspended and then used to hold the details of a property for sale. This allows for the details to be at a level that allows for ease of viewing, and also for the details to remain crisp and clean, as they are held between sheets of the acrylic.

Most agents have a number of properties for sale and it is convenient for them to have an acrylic leaflet holder, where the prospective purchaser can obtain a set of property details.

Some agents will wish to advertise particular properties that for instance may be featured, as they are for auction in a particular date. It is important to draw the attention of people to these properties, as maximizing the numbers at the auction should increase the bids on the property. The use of a standing acrylic display that is free standing and will hold an oversize poster of the auction is effective.

Finally it is now possible to advertise properties on the external walls of buildings etc. as they can be protected by acrylic and thus the details remain fresh. Display boards are now a big asset to agents in the sale of properties.
