A Smart Dog lovely

A butcher watching over his shop is really surprised when he saw a dog that comes into the shop. He shoose away. But later, the dog is back.

So he goes to the dogs and communication that has a note in the mouth. He takes the note and says "I can have 12 sausages and a leg of lamb, please. The dog has money in his mouth, too."

The butcher looks inside and, lo and behold, there is a ten dollar bill there. Then take the money and puts the sausages and lamb in a bag, put it on the dog's mouth. The butcher is so impressed, and since it's closing time, decided to close up shop and follow the dog.

Then he leaves. The dog is walking down the street when it comes to a crossroads.

It seems that some people are never satisfied with what they have.

When it comes to the workplace, employers do not appreciate people who have served faithfully over the years. I've seen companies lose good people simply because their leaders failed to show appreciation. Employers enjoy a big ego that have more power and authority to others. They show that the way they give orders and instructions that they think they are better. They get kicked displaying this superiority. People who do that are crazy and all, but they know it. They are never satisfied, because they could not be met, even if their people are working well.

They do not listen to the opinions and ideas of their subordinates.

Why? Because of their stupid pride and insecurity.

People of this kind will never be satisfied. Why? Because they are so busy wrapped up in themselves, after all, it can never be satisfied. Happy and productive people are always the "other-centered" rather than "selfish." The best idea of ??leadership is not a person who throws his weight around. Rather, he is a servant. As the Bible says, "Whoever wants to be leader should be a servant."

His joy is derived from the provision of a job that others benefit from his contributions. Aim for service and success will follow.
