every day. This will help you in flushing out the toxins from your body, which
are one of the causes of weight gain.
4. Hire a trainer- if you are very serious and want to have a fast weight loss,
then you can go forward and hire a professional trainer. Your trainer will help
you in suggesting you with a diet chart as well as help you with the exercises.
