Many businesses now attend industry events such as trade fairs or exhibitions as these are a great way of networking, creating awareness and attracting new customers to your business. However, when you sign up to attend a trade fair, you will not be the only one there and you need to find a way to make your business stand out from the rest. After all, there is no point in having a quality product or service if no one knows about it. The most effective way of making your section stand out is by having an attractive stall and making it eye-catching.

Exhibition stands are used to bring potential customers over to your stall so that you can inform them about your product or service. Attending an exhibition gives you the opportunity to reach a large audience all in one place, and so is an extremely affordable marketing tool. Investing in quality banners for your exhibition stands will ensure that you attract a greater number of people to your stall, thus giving the potential for a large new client base.

Banners can say what you want them to, but for exhibitions you really need to stand out from the crowd. You don’t have to use your company brand colours, but make sure that your graphics are easy to read and memorable. People may refer other attendees over to your stand through the content of your banner, so consider using iconic images or photography, or a colour scheme which uses several shades of one colour rather than a variety of colours. Try and be different by using unusual shapes or designs that are going to get people talking. If you have something a bit different to the standard rectangle featuring company name and logo, people are going to want to see what you’re about.
