If you have an organic lawn and you want to impress others with a stunning look of your lawn then you must maintain it with lawnmowers. By using this grassing cutting machine you can get a lawn of even length and this can make your lawn absolutely perfect and pristine. Lawn mower can provide the best care and maintenance to a lawn. A nature friendly lawn mower is absolutely perfect for a nice lawn with fresh grass. Lawn mowers, with a blade that rotates around a vertical axis are called rotary mowers while the ones with a blade rotating around a horizontal axis are known as cylinder or reel mowers.

Lawn mowers come in a large variety various designs and forms, each of which serves a definite purpose. The smallest kind of mower is meant for small residential lawns and gardens and is pushed by a person, whereas, for larger lawns, ride-on mowers are used. The large expanses of grass of municipal parks and golf courses require largest mowers which are usually pulled behind a tractor.

Various kinds of lawn mowers:

  • Electric lawn mower: These electric powered mowers are of two types, corded and cordless. In case of corded lawn mowers an electric cord remains attached to the lawn mower whereas, in case of cordless one there is no such cord. Electric mowers are preferred to mechanical ones because of certain advantages. The electrical lawn mowers do not cause noise and pollution like the gasoline mowers. Moreover, they are remote controlled and open to automation. They are suitable for various lawns and have low-maintenance.

  • Petrol Lawnmowers: These are heavier as well as more expensive than the electric mowers but at the same time have more power than electric or hand driven mowers. A petrol run mower moves freely, as it is not attached to any cord and therefore, there is no risk of cutting through a power cord. It runs on petrol which is highly polluting and moreover, it makes great noise also.

  • Hand Lawnmowers: These are environmentally friendly option for a neat and well cut lawn. Here, you do not need to worry about petrol or electric cables and moreover, you can get an excellent finish with a noise free operation.

  • Cordless Lawnmowers: Battery or cordless lawnmowers take less re-charge time and run longer. Without any worry for petrol or electricity it is also easier to move.

The recent addition in the variety of lawn mowers is riding lawn mower. Here, you can sit and ride a lawnmower and do the entire mowing without any pushing or hard work. What you have to do is simply sit on the seat and direct the mower to go in the direction you want.

In the market a huge range of lawn mowers are available from various brands. Depending on your needs you can choose the right kind from any reputed lawn mower company. These are available at affordable prices too. While choosing a lawn mower get all information about its advantages and disadvantages and select the one which is perfect for your requirements.
