Total Immersion's Head Coach, Ian Smith is the only UK based swimming lessons coach that has achieved the highest level TI certification and hence is a Master Coach. With more than twenty years' experience providing swimming lessons Ian Smith is someone that you want in the water. His twenty year career has seen him teach both high level age groups and provide advanced swimming lessons for professional triathletes. He has provided swimming lessons for youngsters and has even coached nationally ranked swimmers in both the breaststroke and butterfly.

The fishlike swimming lessons that Total Immersion provides can be taught through a series of workshops and coaching sessions. If you're afraid of the water, or have trouble breathing under the water then Total Immersion has a range of DVD films designed to encourage you into the water at your own pace.
