No matter what the situation may be, whether it’s facing opposition in battle, in sports or in business, having a solid strategy to accomplish goals is a very important quality to have. To better connect with others and build solid relationships, compassion is a very important trait to have. It's the care and understanding of suffering or bad situations that make great leaders so well-loved by others. Having confidence is certainly an important quality for any leader to have but balancing it with humility is what makes a masculine leader more likeable and respected. By showing humility, a great leader can take care of situations in a calmer manner while also hide some of the more aggressive traits that are better left for other occasions. One of the final qualities that set great masculine leaders apart from the rest is cunning. Success comes from a strategic leader who can work well with what he's given and come out on top in any situation. A great leader is one who can balance each one of these strong qualities along with their weaknesses.
