Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a mixing bowl, blend the honey, mustard and butter. Set aside, while you prepare the breadcrumbs mixture. Next, combine the pecans, breadcrumbs and the fresh parsley. Baste the fillets of salmon with the honey-mustard mixture. Sprinkle the top portion with the prepared breadcrumbs. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Lastly, arrange the salmon in a large plate and season with pepper and salt. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Baked Salmon with Cheese

Salmon fillet, 2 pounds 
Garlic (2 cloves), crushed
Dill weed (dried), 1 teaspoon

Cheddar cheese (shredded), 1 cup
Green onions (chopped), 6 pieces

Procedure:
Begin by preheating the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, place the salmon on an aluminum foil. Season the fish with dill weed, pepper, garlic and salt.
