benefit from this in order to improve their work.

misconduct is another of the roles of the HR sector to ensure the
workforce is acting in a responsible way for the happiness and
comfort of the other members. Keeping track of the performance of
individuals is also vital to allowing the company to move the right
way forward and meet any deadlines and targets set. They may set
bonus reward schemes for those who do well and achieve high
standards. It could include a pay rise or loyalty incentives, or even
commission for new work they bring in. It can help to keep employees
motivated and feeling valued by their bosses. There are various other
reward schemes in place. HR sectors also deal with employee records
and must uphold a high level of confidentiality.
