The property market in the UK has been a scene of many deal of ups and downs over recent years, as has been much reported. However, the truth is that it is always like that, with fluctuations at a local and national level no matter how good, or poor, the economic climate.

For this reason, selling a home always remains somewhat of a lottery. After all, in very few cases, the people presently living in a property are not those who first viewed it.

Such people are likely doing this largely because of the time, love and attention they have put into their home. On both counts though, such actions are not going to help you.
