2 pounds of cubed beef roast 
1/3 cup of flour 
3 tablespoons of olive oil 
2 pieces of onions, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 cups of water
3 stalks of celery, chopped 
1 piece of green bell pepper, chopped
15 oz. of canned chili beans 
30 oz. of kidney beans 
6 oz. of tomato paste in can
1 piece of jalapeno pepper, minced
28 oz. diced tomatoes
1 1/2 teaspoons of dried oregano leaves 
2 tablespoons of chili powder 
1/8 teaspoon of pepper sauce
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin 
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper 
1/4 of cayenne pepper 

Procedure:
Place the beef cubes in a plate. Then, coat each piece with flour, salt and pepper. Set aside. Meanwhile, heat the cooking oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Add the beef cubes and cook each side until they turn brown in color. Afterwards, remove the beef from the pan. Place the meat in a slow cooker.

Then, cook the onion and garlic in the same pan. Allow about 3 minutes for the ingredients to cook. Transfer these to the cooker with the beef.  Next, pour some water in the pan and let it come to a boil. Put the drippings into the cooker. Stir the contents and cook the ingredients on low setting for 8 hours on low setting. If you have seen the sauce has become thick, you can already remove the mixture from heat.
