This company has put the Sense user interface on a very slow processor, but still managed to deliver amazing performance. Speaking of Sense, it comes with HTC’s latest Sense 3.5 UI.

Camera:

HTC Explorer flaunts a 3.15 megapixel camera and it’s only average in performance. We are not saying that the camera is not good. As a matter of fact, the pictures taken are quite impressive. The main problem arises when we tried to click photographs in low light conditions. There’s no LED flash.
