Many believe that scientists, academia and researchers are smarter than everyone else. They believe that since they know or believe that they know certain laws of physics that they are the only ones who can make new discoveries. Many believe that scientists, academia and researchers are smarter than everyone else. They believe that since they know or believe that they know certain laws of physics that they are the only ones who can make new discoveries. They believe that all concepts worthy of thought or expenditures on innovative experiment will come from their field. Often they will say that: “If you start with the wrong premise, you will end up at the wrong conclusion.” Their premise of course being a theory or scientific definition being used in the strictest of terms which follows their particular area of science. This is the exact reason that most of the best innovations of mankind start or come from outside their own realm of science and/or from a renegade of sorts. The fact is that just because one starts with the wrong premise or strict definition, does not mean that the individual will come up with the wrong answer. The answer maybe wrong or the question maybe miss asked, but the conclusion maybe relevant in some way. Even if the answer is wrong it may lead one to a new question, which refutes the laws of physics by its answer or blows holes in the strict definition being used. In fact if you start from an incorrect premise you will arrive at the incorrect answer only if the theories are correct and the definitions are relevant to the new discovery. It is safe to say therefore that one who starts with an incorrect premise based on definitions that they will reach an unintended conclusion. But that certainly does not mean it is not a valuable conclusion. After all we may have just learned the 999 th way not to build a light bulb. Now then in conclusion of my comment I wish to alert the scientific community of their error. I will explain abstractly why you are holding the human race back and slowing the forward progression of the species. Because you are making yourselves look bad while wasting your own cranial capacity, billions of dollars per year in research grants and everyone’s time in the process. You see if you start in a box close the lid by encasing yourself in definitions, you are so confined you may not ever get out of your tunnel to see what was really flickering on the wall. I hope you see my point. If not you have dishonored the human race and perhaps our quest for space. Think on it.
