Nokia N95: Are you ready for it?

Since its announcement in September 2006, the Nokia N95 has set the whole mobile world market aflame. One of the most anticipated handsets by Nokia, it boasts of a slew of high-tech features that will surely leave you gasping for breath. This Symbian smartphone is worth a look and budget permitting, is definitely worth a buy!

All the high-end features packed into the device have not made it huge and bulky, rather, its dimension of 3.8x2.1x0.8 inch prove its compact demeanour. The main attraction of this device is its 5-megapixel camera that comes with Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens. Apart from the usual, seven shooting modes, ranging from sports to night portrait to close-ups, and five quality settings are also included in the camera specific features. It even records videos with sound in MP4 or 3GP formats at a maximum VGA resolution (640x480).

In a handset full of path-breaking innovative features, the two-way slider design stands apart. As you slide up you are faced with the alphanumeric keypad, whereas sliding down will reveal the media player controls. Its awe-inspiring QVGA TFT screen with 320x240 pixel resolution and 16 million-color output leaves the users and onlookers mesmerised.

The Nokia N95 boasts of an internal memory of 150MB that enables the user to save your photos and videos to the phone. It even includes a microSD card amongst its features that can support up to 2GB expandable media. The integrated music player in the Nokia N95 supports MP3, WMA, W4A, AAC, AAC+, and eAAC+ files, as well as OMA DRM 2.0- and WMDRM-protected songs. With features as these, the Nokia N95 takes the multimedia experience to a completely different plane.
