The word spa originates  from the famous natural mineral water springs at Spa in Belgium and has become used as a common noun to describe any place with a mineral or medicinal spring which is usually warm.

Hydro is a prefix meaning produced or derived from water or the flow and movement in water and one obvious example is "Hydroelectricity" electricity derived from Water. So the point of all this is to try and define the word Hydrospa and my own thinking is that is a spa effect derived form the movement or flow of water.
