With Plum Voice’s new survey application researchers get a complete and comprehensive system of delivery that is streamlined and multimodal (over the internet or on the phone) while respondents enjoy the ease of completing the survey using Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology.

Plum Voice has now released a way for businesses to develop online surveys that can be transmitted by either the web or phone.
