a haunted house can be abandoned forever because of the danger entailed
by its resident spirits. These spirits would either inflict direct or
indirect threat to anyone who tries to invade their marked territory or
bring bad luck to the next owner of the house. People would say the
property would be a waste but some psychics would accept such
deprivation as respect to the “others”.
However, most psychics consider evidences to let the physical owner understand each mystery labeled to their properties. And some would enter the paranormal realm just to satisfy the owner from the bond pressed to their material belongings. They would either call upon the entity (spirits) to make arrangements or simply send them away by some supernatural techniques.
Persistence and strong will are sometimes the basic cause of their success over the hollow maze of entering the spirit world. Their apparent objective is to cut the connection issued by some spirits, most-often-than-not, the past owner/s of the property, and then arrange contentment and peace to these entities. The common results of these ventures are scored to be beneficial and propagate understanding for the living about the issues estated to these supernatural beings.
There is no legal basis that psychics' doings are acceptable to both realm. Though, people would claim it necessary since they are benefited by the service, matter-of-fact. Seldom, both parties, ordinary people and psychics, organize the transaction as natural as other business services would and thus introduce such business as natural as other business services should.
Also, there are some cases, yet rare, where psychics allegedly associate with the spirits to do their bidding. Some stories too revealed that even the spirits themselves ask for a psychic's help. It's either for them to make contact with their living kins or to acquire rest and peace to their part.
In the long run, psychics and spirits have there role in the world since man waked with their existence. Their extraordinary reputations bring playful and cognitive subjects for some egoist to argue about. And apparently, there is no strong and definite evidences about their falsehood nor their absolute existence.
