After the success of outsourcing in the recent years, many companies have outsourced their sales department to some Business Process Outsourcing companies. Now these Business Process Outsourcing companies research the market, do complete analysis and then also deploy sales force to sell the product. Different measures like Tele-marketing, customer survey, Search engine optimization, Opt-in email distribution services (This is not spamming), etc are used to increase the sales of product at hand.

What are the benefits for a company to outsource complete sales department?

1. Savings in day to day operational cost:

Almost all Business Process Outsourcing companies work on shared revenue model. That means, if they don't generate sales, they don't get paid. That is not the case if you have your own Sales staff. You will need to pay their salaries and other benefits, even if they don't perform as per your expectations.
