Advertising is where by firms and individuals who are willing to sell their goods and services advertise their goods and services through the advertising media. Advertising is done firms so as to inform people about the products that are available in their shops.
There are many ways which one can use advertising and these
include television, radio magazine, posters newspapers and through video
conference. A newspapers and televisions are the most common ways which people
use to advertise.
A firm must have a brand name for its products so as to
fight competition which is formed between companies. When advertising you must
consider where you want your advert to be, I will advice you to advertise on
the television as it offers both the sense of hearing and the sense of sight.
You can also use the newspaper as most people buy it and
they will defiantly see your advert. A video conference is not considered to be
a good way of advertising as they are expensive and many people can not afford.
This applies to posters as well. As for posters they only
offer only the sense of sight, what do you thing it will happen to those who
can not see. Posters are also expensive as they will require a colored print
out.
When it comes to rural area and those places without much
technology, radio advertising is always the best. A radio does not need
electricity only; those who can not afford can buy rechargeable batteries to
put to their radios.
There are many advertising agencies which are cheap and open
to everyone who is willing to advertise his or her goods and services.
Advertising also saves money as there will be no need for you to go around and
telling each and everyone that you are selling goods.
All you have to do is to hire an advertising agency to sell
your goods and services on your behalf. You have to give them all your details,
the name of your firm, the location and the brand name of your product and then
they will do the rest for you.
