Have
you ever heard of the “deep-fried Twinkie”, well it takes
the popular Hostess Twinkie cake, freezes it, dips it into batter and
deep frying it to create a variation on the traditional snack cake.
Sound delicious right? Well it is, it’s also heart attack in a
bun. Imagine eating a cream filled pastry wrapped in batter and deep
fried in oil, if that doesn’t making you rethink about taking a
bite out of the deep fried Twinkie then maybe you should rethink
about your definition of healthy eating.
A lot
of people might love this confectionery delight but doctors would say
something somewhere along the lines of “get away from that.”
If you’re smart then you’d probably follow the doctor’s
