Do you really want to have pills from breakfast lunch and dinner? If you don’t want this on your menu read on and find out how to avoid being on the pill and be back on the road to good health.

There are hundreds of medications out there for blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, joint conditions and many more. These illnesses usually come with each other so you end up with a bunch of pills for each of them and by time you’re finished drinking your medication you’re already full as if you had a full course meal.
