Revolution at America’s Doorsteps!

The whole world watched, as the President elect of America, Barrack Obama took oath as the country’s first Afro-American President, thereby creating history. There was a record turnout of people, a mammoth crowd of about two million, who braved bad weather to witness the ceremony. All those present and the world at large watched with abated breath at the change that was walking into the White House, Barrack Obama.

The election of Barrack Obama revives the hope and faith of the American people of change that was long looming the American society and country at large. Times are not too favorable for the new American president, who faces a number of critical issues to be resolved. The most important of which is reconstruction the American economy. Being the world’s largest economy, the effects of its meltdown are being felt world wide. Besides this, several international issues like Iraq, and Israel too require immediate attention. One of the last, but certainly not in the least is world terrorism, which poses a threat to all the nations.

Apart from the American people, the nations of the world too are hopeful of positive moves and co-operation from the new American government. I firmly believe that our new president will not fail the American people and will live up to the faith reposed in him.
