Africa is the world largest continent. Africa covers 6% of earth total surface area and 20.4 % of total land area. The continent is surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea to the north, the Suez Canal and the Red Sea to the northeast, the Indian Ocean to the southeast, and the Atlantic Ocean to the west. The major reason of Real Estate booming in Africa is its wide spread geographic area which helps the investors to invest their money as per his choice.

 

There are lots of countries are part of this grate and big continent of Africa. There are several important factors which due to which real estate market is growing here day by day. strategic location, pension programs, tax exemptions, low cost of living, tropical and highland climates and investment incentives have contributed to the ongoing real estate boom that has been affecting this continent. Apart from the existing demand, future developments may be helped by such factors as the planned expansion of the continent.
