You want to win at horse betting? Then, you might want to follow a few simple rules.
#1 You should eliminate from contention any horse that has not raced in the past 45 days.
#2 I also recommend that you eliminate any horse that did not show any ability in its last three races, such as finishing in the last third of the field.
#3 Eliminate any horses who has a trainer that shows a year to date win percentage of three percent or less.
#4 Eliminate any horses who is has a jockey showing a year to date win percentage of only three percent or less.
#5 If you have a horse that has not yet been elimated from the above rules, then, check to see if that horse that is dropping in class from its last race. You can usually determine this if the purse of the last race was higher the horse race today.
#6 On a sheet of paper, write down the top speed rating from the last three races for those horses not yet eliminated.
#7 Using rule #6, pick the top three speed rated horses in the field.
#8 If you have four or more horses according to speed or class, pass the race. If you have three horses according to your records for both speed and class, then, bet the two highest paying horses to win.
#9 If you only have two horses according to your records that match the rules as to class and speed, then, bet both of the horses to win.
