consume a glass whenever you feel hungry throughout the day up to about eight
glasses total.
Now, one thing to keep in mind if you do choose to follow
this juice diet program is that one of the reasons it is so effective in
helping folks to lose weight is that it acts as a detox and colon cleanse
program as well. This means that your body may go through some uncomfortable
changes within the first few days of starting the diet so this is something to
be mindful of based on when you start the program. Many people find starting
the program on a Friday as they are entering the weekend to be the best time to
deal with some of the unpleasant side effects of this diet including frequent
trips to the bathroom as your body rid itself of unwanted toxic build up. This
diet can be tough to follow considering the commitment involved of not eating
any food at all and simply drinking the lemonade mixture every day for at least
10 days. This may seem tough or impossible to some, but those that make it
through the 10 days often experience dramatic fat loss and feel renewed vigor
as a result.
