Bilingual Education is referred as to the use of two languages, one is the person’s native language and the other is English that is required for instruction and interaction in the United States. Bilingual programs began over two decades ago when the first Bilingual Educational Act was passed in 1968. For years consciousness was not researched in the scientific community. The scientific community is very objective and saw the internal mental processes of consciousness as being too subjective to study. Just recently, scientists, philosophers, and psychologists have been rejecting the idea than consciousness is too hard to study and have been attempting to try to understand its true meaning.
