No human civilization runs perfectly, that is not to say one couldn’t, as it is possible. Surely the United States runs better than most civilizations on the Planet in this present period, but with its top heavy Government it is not the epitome of efficiency by any means.

As we watch the trials and tribulations of Senator Tom Delay, with his pleads of innocence and the Texas District Attorney claims of improprieties, we wonder, what on God’s Earth is wrong with our government. Manipulating our laws for their own personal gain and personal notoriety.

There is so much bureaucracy in the US Government that one has to wonder if in fact they ever do anything right. Often we will here about some new government program or something good the government is doing, yet we later find out it was pure hokum and Public Relations.
